Clean your rugs every 18 to 24 months, and
expect to pay about 10% of the value of the
rug for proper cleaning. Most rugs can be
cleaned on-site, and we do offer a pick-up
and delivery option.
Rugs cannot be considered areas of carpet
for many reasons: mainly, because of the
chemical cost to clean them, and the fact
most people do not really understand
what it takes to do the job properly.
Upholstery fabric will be cleaned based on
manufacturer's recommendation only.
Each fabric comes with a cleaning
specification on a tag located somewhere
on it and that tag has a code.

W: washable with water-based cleaners,
with foam only.

S: Solvent-based cleaning only,
dry-solvent, water-free.

SW: Solvent- or water-based chemicals

X- Vacuum only or brush with horse-hair
brush, no water or solvent cleaners EVER.
Leather cleaning is
something of an art, and is
priced accordingly.
